Marek Klaryska is graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts
at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
He paints his pictures using his own technique, using experience in the techniques and technologies of old and modern masters.
Was born in 9 of may 1962 in Toruń, Poland.
In the 1990 s, the artist made polychromes in „al fresco” techniques inside sacral buildings according to his own designs:
churches in Sieradz, Suchedniów, Kunice, Opoczno and Bujaków.
„al fresco” – wet fresco, one of the most difficult painting techniques. When using this technique, corrections and changes in the painting are practically impossible. It is one of the most durable types of painting.
Monumental painting can be viewed permanently 7 days a week – in the very centers of selected cities in Poland for 30 years.
His paintings adorn private collections, incl. in the USA,
Poland, Germany and Sweden.
Currently, the artist paints pictures on a various subiect, in particular abstraction, portraits, maritime, landscape.
on aluminium, on machine primed canvas or on hand-applied in multilayer and sanded ground,
if necessary – imitating centuries-old cracking.
